Mas-tin launched the new Argentinean production facility build-up

With a projected investment of more than US$ 6 million, last Tuesday, December 3, the work of the new and modern manufacturing plant of mas-tin S.A. in Argentina was inaugurated. It will be based in the Florencio Varela Industrial and Technological Park, known as PITEC, located in Ingeniero J. Allan.

The president of the company, Susana Arguello, said that “the municipality encouraged us a lot. From day zero, they gave us support and accompanied us in this decision to settle in PITEC.” He described the next challenge as “a dream to fulfill: an establishment of 6000 m2, with 1000 mtr2 of offices”. He encouraged “always betting on the country,” as mas-tin has been doing for more than 50 years.

The inauguration was attended by the Governor of the Province of Buenos Aires, Axel Kicillof, and the Mayor of Florencio Varela, Andrés Watson, who had the opportunity to visit the current laboratory, equipped with cutting-edge technology, and witness some tests carried out with polyurethane.

Also present were the general director of Culture and Education of the Province of Buenos Aires, Alberto Sileoni; the Chief of Advisors to the Governor, Cristina Álvarez Rodríguez; the Buenos Aires Ministers of Infrastructure and Public Services, Gabriel Katopodis; of Agrarian Development, Javier Rodríguez; of Production, Science and Technological Innovation, Augusto Costa; the director of Coordination of Municipal Collective Bargaining, Macarena Kunkel; among other municipal and provincial officials and it was an event open to the entire community.
